Role:Manufacturing and Service Technician Location:Dublin Tallaght Overview This is a permanent role based in Tallaght in Dublin.
As Service and Manufacturing Technician, you will support customers and equipment while assembling custom liquid path solutions.Your role involves testing modules, managing inventory, and working closely with the Service Team.

Responsibilities Represent our client while prioritizing the interests of the company, employees, customers, and suppliers.
Provide service support for specific customers and equipment lines.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings and their applications.
Collaborate with the Service Team in a planned and organized manner.
Assemble custom liquid path assemblies, including mechanical components and wiring.
Test and validate modules using Terminal Protocol Software.
Update Bills of Materials and assembly drawings with PowerPoint or Visio.
Manage stock control and maintain inventory datasheets.
Assemble dissolution cannulas, calibration kits, gas flowmeter kits, and tubing bundles.
Provide calibration and maintenance support for in-house equipment and returns.
Assist the field team with joint site visits for larger projects.
Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold high-quality standards.
Promote quality improvements in service delivery.
Maintain technical expertise and knowledge management.
Meet performance targets as outlined by KPIs.
Contribute to Service/Operations meetings and practice effective time management.
