Our client is based in Dublin 12 and is currently recruiting for an experienced Compliance Coordinator / Customer Service Executive with strong data analyst skills.
This is a permanent role. Salary is €45k plus bonus, healthcare and pension as well as car allowance, paid lunches & hybrid working model.
DUTIES OF THE ROLE:
1. Compliance Monitoring and Enforcement:
2. Investigate and resolve compliance issues and breaches promptly.
3. Data Analysis and Reporting:
4. Utilise data analysis skills to monitor trends and identify potential compliance risks.
5. Generate regular compliance reports and present findings to senior management.
6. Develop and maintain databases to track membership compliance activities.
7. Communicate compliance requirements to members and internal staff.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
1. Minimum of 3 years experience in a compliance role, preferably within a membership-based organisation.
2. Proven experience in data analysis and reporting.
3. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
