Location: South Dublin
Salary: €14 per hour
Contract: Temporary
This is a fantastic short-term opportunity for receptionists in the South Dublin area.
Duties:
1. Providing support when necessary around the office
2. Meet & Greet - Front of House.
3. Organising couriers, post and parcels. Sorting and distributing mail.
4. Maintain the upkeep of the office
5. Stationery and Supply Ordering
6. Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
7. Assisting at office events/occasions
Requirements:
8. Prior experience as a receptionist
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
10. Ability to work as part of a team
11. Proficient and competent using MS Office
12. Immediate availability
