We have full and part-time positions available. We are looking to hear from you if you are a candidate who is well presented, engages well with guests, and who can work in a very busy operation, delivering consistently high levels of drinks service in terms of speed of service, quality, and consistency, with flair, skill and a pinch of fun. You must be someone who exudes a passion for guest service, with strong attention to the smallest of details, a focus on delivering a high-tempo, seamless service, and with strong knowledge and experience working in a casual, on-trend restaurant/bar operating to very high guest service standards. To be considered for this role, you should be someone who has already held a senior barperson/mixologist role.
