Job description What you need to know Our client, who specialises in the Healthcare Distribution Industry are looking to hire a Customer Service Representativeto join their team based in Co. Offaly.The ability to manage multiple key accounts without compromising on the quality of services provided is a key requirement of this role.
The Customer Service Representative serves as the main link between the business and its customers, building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and business growth and will report into the sales director.
This is a permanent position, working 9-5, Monday to Friday fully onsite.
Your new job Key Duties & Responsibilities: Develop and sustain strong relationships with assigned key accounts, acting as the main interface between the business and the customer.
Identify key decision-makers and organisational layers within customer accounts to establish and maintain strategic relationships.
Gain a deep understanding of customer requirements and deliver customised solutions to meet their needs effectively.
Manage assigned key accounts in alignment with company business strategy, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
Process sales orders accurately and on time, proactively managing order status to meet customer commitments.
Prepare and provide professional, timely quotations to customers while maintaining high standards of service.
Compile forecasts, account progress reports, and upsell activity updates for the sales director and other stakeholders as required.
Regularly update customers on product developments, availability, regulatory changes, and other relevant updates, ensuring appropriate solutions are provided.
Develop and implement upsell plans to drive growth, monitor progress, and forecast outcomes for management.
Implement marketing campaigns as per the schedule, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Ensure all documentation related to the role is completed accurately and in compliance with company policies and relevant legislation.
Represent the company professionally, fostering a culture of inclusiveness, trust, teamwork, and continuous improvement while collaborating effectively with internal departments.
What we are looking for 2+ years in a customer service role Microsoft package experience essential.
