Role Overview Reporting to the Head of HR Operations, the successful candidate will be the primary liason with the third party payroll provider.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of all payrolls and will be manage benefit reconciliation and other key payroll related topics. Key Responsibilities Support HROPs in the delivery of data for payroll outsourcing provider as required Produce Payroll relate d metrics and dashboards Documentation and implementation of all Payroll processes and procedures.
Provide direct customer service, internal/external business partners with high quality, professional and timely responses.
Provide support for statutory and tax audits by compiling required payroll information Liaising with social welfare and completing relevant forms Liaising with Revenue as required Dealing with third party requests on payroll related issues Preparing and submitting relevant reports for Finance/HR/Revenue Ensure compliance, data protection and control risk within the function CSO Reporting Private Medical reconciliation to employee level Management of pension scheme to employee level Redundancy & termination calculations Eurostat reporting Monitoring and ensuring delivery of outsourcing deadlines Ensuring the accuracy of Payroll input data & ensuring that same is forwarded to Payroll outsource provider within deadlines BIK calculations & upkeep of same e.g.

Company vehicles, company paid healthcare etc.
Uploading approved Payroll bank files as required (backup support if required for payroll provider SARP calculations Shadow Payroll preparation & forwarding of inputs to Payroll outsource provider Advising Payroll outsource provider re appropriate processing re Share awards as applicable.
Gender Pay reporting, namely Payroll base data & resultant outputs Ad-hoc Payroll analysis and reports as required Ad hoc duties as assigned by Management General administration duties.
