Brand Manager Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our team.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for implementing brand strategy across UK and export markets.
Responsibilities
* Manage and implement brand strategies across UK and export markets to deliver on brand growth objectives.
* Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive awareness and meet brand targets.
* Collaborate with the digital team to drive brand engagement through social media and content management.
* Work closely with sales teams and retailers to enhance brand visibility and in-store experience.
* Develop compelling brand assets within brand guidelines, including brochures, sales aids, and point-of-sale materials.
* Manage product launches with strong go-to-market strategies for both UK and export markets to support sales targets.
* Support sales teams in driving brand awareness and sales targets, attending necessary brand events, trade shows, and industry events.
* Monitor brand performance, campaign effectiveness, and ROI across all brand activity and implement improvements where necessary.
* Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities to future-proof the brand.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in marketing or related discipline.
* 4+ years of experience in brand marketing.
* Experience working in the B2B space.
* Possess excellent interpersonal skills, self-awareness, and approachability.
* Able to thrive in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
* Strong commercial acumen.
* Results-oriented with a sense of urgency.
* Data-driven with a focus on return on investment.
