Job Title: Site Manager (Fit Out)
A challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading Contractor in the commercial fit-out sector.

The successful company specialises in delivering high-quality projects across Northern Ireland and mainland UK, working with a range of clients from hospitality to office space, hotels, luxury apartments, and retail.
The Role
* Coordinate and supervise various fit-out projects as required by the business.
* Oversee commercial, residential, and retail fit-out projects, managing manpower on site, including direct staff and subcontractors across multiple sites.
* Ensure the quality of works, timeliness, and adherence to budget.
* Plan and coordinate daily site requirements, including labour, material procurement, and meeting deadlines.
* Maintain H&S and company policies, perform compliance checks, and record site operations performance and progress.
Requirements
* Degree in Construction Management or similar trade qualification.
* Minimum 3 years proven experience as a Site Manager or Package Manager in the fit-out industry.
* Strong awareness of H&S and Health and Welfare Regulations, with the ability to implement these on site.
* Experience working on commercial projects, such as shop fitting, offices, and hospitality.
* Joinery background desirable.
* Effective management of site programmes and associated schedules to meet deadlines.
* Essential IT skills (Microsoft Suite, including Project).
