Key Responsibilities:
* General Office Duties: Filing, managing post, ordering stationery and general provisions
* Sales Administration: Arranging motor tax and registration of cars
* Database Management: Updating various databases
* Showroom House Management: Maintaining a clean and tidy showroom and waiting area
* Accounting & Banking: Maintaining daily cash book, recording deposits, sales receipts etc., preparing lodgements, updating spreadsheets
Candidate Profile:
* Previous experience in Sales & Purchase ledger
* Some Accounts experience desirable
* IT Literate with experience in Excel & Word
