Corporate Finance Senior Manager
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Corporate Finance Senior Manager to join our team at {company}.

The Role:
* Manage all Corporate Finance initiatives from origination to delivery.
* Contribute to the implementation of the CF business development plan.
* Engage with sector targets through a structured sales plan.
* Manage the preparation and submission of new business proposals to targets.
* Work as Project Manager on Corporate Finance engagements by scoping projects, setting timelines and ensuring delivery.
* Build and maintain strong and trusted client relationships by providing tailored solutions which create value and impact.
* Lead and coach project teams.
The Person:
* A qualified Accountant with experience of operating at a senior level.
* Project Management experience along with background in CF.
* Exceptional communication & presentation skills, both written and verbal, to express technical and non-technical concepts clearly and concisely.
* A solutions based approach.
* Excellent commercial judgement with the ability to identify risks and opportunities.
* Excellent organisational skills to meet goals and set priorities.
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills, to specifically include Excel and Power Point.
* Be proactive, organised and handle uncertain environments.
* Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
* A high level of integrity and dependability with a keen sense of urgency and results orientation.
* Previous people management experience.
