We are seeking a highly skilled Associate and/or Senior Associate to join our construction team, renowned for providing expert advice on complex projects.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years PQE in a construction practice and possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work in pressurised situations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Advising clients on procurement strategy, contract structures, and negotiation of construction contracts
">
* Drafting and negotiating construction contracts, professional appointments, bonds, guarantees, and collateral warranties
">
* Risk analysis and management, project insurance, and administration
">
* Construction dispute management, including litigation, arbitration, conciliation, mediation, and adjudication
">
">
Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
">
">
* Minimum 2 years PQE in a construction practice
">
* Strong analytical ability, interpersonal, and communication skills
">
* Ability to exercise sound judgement and decision making
">
* Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
">
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
">
* Strong interest in maintaining, developing, and sharing relevant legal knowledge

Education:

* Excellent academic background
">
* Honours degree (at least 2.1) in any discipline

* Qualified as a solicitor or barrister in Ireland or England and Wales
