About the Customer Care Specialist Role
We are recruiting for a Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Listowel on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
The Customer Care Specialist acts as the primary contact between customers and the company, responding to customer requirements promptly and resolving queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain professional communication with customers, ensuring timely responses to their inquiries.
2. Manage all aspects of account administration, including account queries and commercial support.
3. Coordinate customer orders and requests according to company procedures, proposing improvements to procedures and processes where possible.
4. Resolve service issues by clarifying customer complaints, determining causes, and seeking solutions with support from supervisors or managers.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with all customers by effectively managing customer accounts.
6. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, customer information, processes, and suppliers.
7. Collaborate with the supply chain and departments, working closely with the commercial team to enhance the customer service experience.
8. Support the collection of data to facilitate process improvements.
9. Remain flexible to meet business demands.
