Deputy Training Manager
We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Deputy Training Manager.

Key Responsibilities
1. Design, deliver, and improve training programs for employees, ensuring alignment with business needs and effective learning outcomes.
2. Plan, develop, deliver, and update training modules while developing new employment comprehensive training programs to meet organizational needs.
3. Support the HR and Training Manager in assessing training needs and developing strategies for effective service-wide delivery of training.
4. Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory requirements through regular audits and reviews of training materials and reports.
5. Create and implement innovative training solutions that can be used across the organization.
Requirements
* Relevant qualifications in healthcare, training, or management or related discipline.
* Certificate or formal training in delivering adult education or staff development programmes is desirable.
* Knowledge of standards, legislation, compliance requirements relevant to the area is desirable.
Skills
* Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to deliver engaging presentations.
* Ability to inspire, guide, and motivate the team to achieve their best.
* Ability to work effectively under own initiative.
* Flexibility to adjust training methods to suit diverse learning needs.
