Global Accounts Customer Success Manager Role
This critical position is part of the Global Merchant Services organization, focusing on the Global Accounts segment.
The Global Accounts CSM maintains and strengthens strategic relationships with key leaders and decision-makers in merchant organizations, partnering with Account Executives to drive business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
* Maintain strategic relationships with merchants, identify organic revenue opportunities, and work closely with Account Executives to drive business growth.
* Proactively address product roadblocks, optimize use of multiple products, and mitigate merchant churn.
* Manage customer relationships for merchants exceeding their potential value, providing strategic thought partnership and trusted advisory services.
* Facilitate technical support, provide training on products and tools, and help customers plan and understand software or product utilization based on business needs or plans.
* Serve as a focal point for information and communication on critical operational issues and act as the service contact for all operational areas.
This role requires close coordination with various teams, including Sales, Account Executives, Professional Services, Product, Sales Support, Business Development, and Operations departments.
