Summary: Seeking dynamic Head Chef with 4+ years of experience, passion for cooking, and strong leadership skills to join our team. Responsibilities include implementing new kitchen procedures, ensuring food quality, and creating a positive team environment. Key qualifications include menu development, costings, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Salary: €40,000-€50,000 per year.
Responsibilities:
1. Implement new kitchen procedures in line with new menus and food offerings.
2. Ensure food offering is of the highest standard to create new and repeat business.
3. Sourcing and dealing with suppliers.
4. Training of new kitchen staff.
5. Ensuring all food and hygiene standards are adhered to.
6. Create a positive team environment at all times.
7. Minimise wastage at all times.
8. Follow and observe all hygiene regulations, to fulfill all HACCP requirements.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 4 years experience as a Head Chef.
2. Previous experience with menu development, collaborating seasonal specials and costings.
3. Passion for cooking and keeping up to date with the latest food trends.
4. Impeccable attention to detail.
5. Previous experience with managing a successful team.
6. Good problem solver.
7. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
8. Strong leadership.
Work Details:
1. Full-time.
