The ideal candidate understands Customer Channels data, data flow architecture, and has experience supporting customer data migration, conducting in-depth analyses, and designing data solutions to enhance customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with IT and business teams to define and document data requirements for channel strategies.
* Research and implement new data technologies to optimize Customer Channel performance.
* Analyze and improve existing data processes, ensuring seamless integration with customer and digital channels.
* Conduct gap analysis in Customer Channels data architecture and design solutions.
* Ensure data quality, compliance, and governance throughout transformation processes.
* Source, clean, and integrate data for insights that drive customer engagement.
* Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical, and data teams.
* Support CRM-based channel solutions and ensure industry best practices.
* Provide training and documentation for end-users.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
* 5+ years of consulting experience in data analysis, MI/BI reporting, and analytics.
* Expertise in PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, Python, and CRM platforms like Salesforce and Dynamics 365.
* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Agile methodology and CRM certifications are a plus.
