The Marketing team is a small, dynamic, and highly-motivated team working on all aspects of marketing, operating across Europe, Asia, Australia, and Latin America.
Role Purpose
The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Director of Product and the Head of Sales to strategize, execute, and optimize marketing programs, aligned to business objectives. We are looking for an experienced marketing manager who can handle day-to-day marketing activities, produce product content and adapt to the changing needs of the business.
The candidate will collaborate across functions, including client management, sales, and product teams, as well as engaging with our parent company, Munich Re.
Role Requirements
Accountabilities
1. Support the development and execution of the marketing strategy and programs for EMEA and APAC, working collaboratively with client management, sales, and product teams.
2. Manage in-person and online customer events, involving both internal stakeholders and external vendors.
3. Strategize and optimize marketing programs aligned with business objectives, including email campaigns, sales collateral, and digital channels.
4. Write, review, and distribute press releases.
5. Ideate and produce online and physical collateral.
6. Work closely with the marketing team, internal colleagues, and external vendors to create thought leadership content.
7. Conduct market research to aid product direction.
8. Manage the marketing budget and monthly KPI reporting.
9. Champion a diverse & inclusive culture.
10. Lead a high-performing team with a people-first attitude.
Essential Requirements
1. 8+ years of marketing experience (preferably in a B2B environment).
2. Experience managing client events.
3. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including planning and executing marketing programs, while managing external agencies, vendors, and projects.
4. Experience managing senior stakeholders, with the ability to take ownership and keep others informed.
5. Solid knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce, marketing automation tools such as Marketo, AEM website management, and tracking tools to assess campaign effectiveness.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively, provide solid feedback and make timely decisions.

1. Experience in a SaaS environment, with insurance or financial services knowledge a bonus.
2. An adaptable, flexible individual with experience working in a small team.
