About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Support Administrator to join our team in Dublin City Centre. This is an immediate start opportunity with a contract for review and potential extension, offering flexible hybrid working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service levels
* Manage customer queries through our ticket handling system, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
* Evaluate, update, and maintain ongoing processes and procedures
* Analyse information from client customers
* Produce and present reports
* Process application forms
* Provide general financial information, including payment updates
* Respond to queries via phone and email
* Undertake ad hoc administration and customer service tasks
Requirements
* At least one year's experience in Customer Service or Call Centre environments
* One year of experience in Administration or Finance
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Familiarity with SharePoint
