Job Title: Clinic Manager
A full-time permanent position based in Co. Wexford.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for service planning, development, coordination, and resource management in the clinic to ensure delivery of agreed levels of service.
2. Manages and leads nursing and support teams in patient care with renal failure.
3. Responsible for local operational, quality, and vigilance management of the Dialysis Unit in Wexford with support from the Renal Business Lead.
4. Ensures efficient implementation and assessment of standards of patient care and needs.
5. Manages effective use of unit resources while balancing quality and cost efficiency.
6. Works in accordance with HIQA registered person requirements and adheres to local/corporate and national statute policies and procedures.
7. Provides professional leadership and manages unit team development in a constructive and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
1. Finance and business management of the clinic.
2. Education and training planning for the team.
3. Quality and care management.
Requirements:
* Registered Nurse with INMB registration.
* Minimum 5 years post-registration experience with 3 years minimum in renal care.
* Management qualification desirable.
* People management experience essential.
* Demonstrates financial knowledge in relation to healthcare and staffing resources.
