Panda Waste Services is a customer-centric, forward-thinking waste and recycling solutions provider with numerous depots located throughout Ireland.
The Role
This role is predominantly new business requiring cold calling, direct sales, and appointment setting. You will also be involved in lead generation and upselling waste and recycling solutions to existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cold Calling: Presenting Panda in a professional capacity and selling unique features and benefits of our services.
* B2B Sales: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
* Appointment Setting: Booking meetings with key management personnel to present the company's proposition.
* Upselling: Selling additional services such as shredding, hazardous, and nationals.
* Client Management: Handling inbound enquiries, pre-qualifying opportunities, and monitoring market and competitor activities.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* A strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* A passion for sales and a drive to achieve targets.
* Experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or door-to-door canvassing.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
