About the Job: Reporting to the Head of Public Engagement, you will be responsible for: theimplementationofinternal,externalandpartnercommunicationsalongsidemarketing activities for FoodCloud; and for managing or supporting key FoodCloud events Key Responsibilities: Communications and reputation management: Contribute to the implementation of an integrated communications plan that enablesoursmallbutdedicatedteamtomaintainaconsistent,positivemedia presence MonitorFoodCloudrelatedpressstoriesandscanthehorizonforpotential challenges for our brand Ensureconsistencyofbrandtoneiscarriedthroughoutallcreativeelementsinour messaging and that of our partners LeadonensuringthesmoothparticipationofFoodCloudinmediaopportunitiesthat help us achieve our objectives WorkwithFoodCloudsHRteamoninternalcommunications WorkwithHeadofPublicEngagementtoreporttoseniormanagementandtothe Board on the performance of the communications team Digital marketing strategy: Overseetheimplementationofourdigitalmarketingstrategy(whichincludesweb, email, social media content planning and creation) Contributetothecreationofinternalandexternalcontentsuchasarticlesfor Linkedin and our website Measure,reportandmakerecommendationsontheperformanceofdigital marketing campaigns Account management: Support FoodClouds food and fundraising teams in the management of partner communications and activations Event planning and management: Lead on the implementation of a major European event being hosted by FoodCloud inDublinthisJune,supportthelaunchoftheadvocacycampaignaccompanyingthat event SupportorleadonotherFoodCloudeventswiththeadvocacy,foodandfundraising teams, as well as on attendance at trade shows and conferences SupportHRwithemployeeengagementevents Additional duties as required per business needs Key Skills: The successful candidate will: beaself-starter,whoisdriven,flexible,creative,anddetail-oriented have3+yearsexperienceworkingincommunications,includingdigitalmarketingcampaign implementation have2+yearsexperienceinevent/projectmanagement havestrongwriting,editing,proofreading,layoutanddesignskills,includingabilityto present concepts verbally havedemonstrableexperienceleadingandmanagingonlinemarketingincludingemail, social media and/or display advertising campaigns; and havetheabilitytoworkcalmlyunderpressureandwithinasmalldynamicteam Experience working with the food industry or government bodies is an advantage.
