Are you ready to take on a leadership role within our Site Leadership team? We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Supply Chain Director at our Dundalk location. As a pivotal part of our team, you will lead the supply chain organization, collaborating with various teams to ensure the manufacture and supply of Biological Drug Substance and Product. Join our company and drive strategic initiatives while ensuring smooth facility operations.
Your Core Responsibilities
1. Lead the site supply chain organization, including Supply and Capacity Planning and Logistics/Warehouse.
2. Provide ongoing coaching and support to cross-site teams, focusing on development and performance management.
3. Participate in the Site Leadership Team to develop the Site Strategy and long-term Business Development Plan.
4. Ensure smooth facility operations, introduction of new products, readiness for ramp-up, license and reliable supply for commercial operations.
5. Maintain compliance with cGMP and other business regulations.
6. Oversee site capacity planning and align with Manufacturing Division Capacity Planning models for new vaccine products.
7. Identify and manage business process improvement projects for impactful results.
8. Partner with networks to share best practices and industry trends, ensuring effective Supplier Continuous Improvement Programs.
Who You Are
You are ready if you have:
1. Degree in Supply Chain, Science, Engineering, or relevant experience.
2. Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain or operations management within the pharmaceutical or similar industry.
3. Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
4. Strategic thinking with a One Team mindset.
5. Ability to foster partnerships and collaboration across site and network.
6. Role model for company Values and Behaviours.
7. Effective leadership skills for team building, procedure establishment, and long-term strategy development.

Preferred
1. Experience with SAP systems.
2. Experience in a startup/industrialisation launch of a pharma site.
