This pivotal role will oversee acquisitions and lead the implementation of accounting software across multiple companies. The Role Oversee multiple acquisitions at various stages, ensuring successful and timely execution. Lead due diligence activities, coordinating both internal and external teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to negotiate key terms and drive acquisitions forward. Lead the rollout of Xero across multiple companies, developing project plans and timelines. Manage project budgets, training programs, and integration processes. Facilitate smooth system adoption across the business. Essential Skills & Experience Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 3+ years of post-qualification experience. Proven experience in managing mergers, acquisitions, or similar projects. Expertise in project management, including financial software implementation. Strong organisational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
