We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading client in the transport and logistics sector for the following onsite roles: Transport Administrator (€32,000)
Transport Co-Ordinator (€40,000 - €45,000) Transport Customs & Compliance Officer (€38,000) About the Roles:
Each position offers a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of goods within Ireland and the UK.
These roles involve responsibilities such as: Coordinating transport schedules, permits, and compliance documentation.
Managing customs processes and declarations (Required only for customs role) Liaising with drivers, teams, and clients to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Maintaining transport systems, schedules, and records with a high degree of accuracy.
Supporting operational excellence through effective communication and problem-solving.
What We're Looking For:
Strong knowledge of transport, logistics, or haulage operations.
Exceptional organisational, communication, and administrative skills.
Experience in working under tight deadlines with problem-solving capabilities.
Familiarity with systems such as Excel, ERP platforms, or similar tools (Sage 200 knowledge is an advantage).
Previous experience working in a transport/logistics environment is essential, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
