What you'll be doing
1. Overseeing general operations of Hygenix office.
2. Greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls, and managing Office reception.
3. Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, etc.
4. Purchasing supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels for Hygenix office (kitchen equipment, stationary, cleaning items, etc.)
5. Collaborate with Offline Marketing in managing the new-hires welcome sets stock.
6. Welcoming and directing the new hires on their first day at Hygenix.
7. Support the CEO requests, emails, weekly plans, and visits.
8. Coordinate schedules, appointments, and incoming meetings.
Requirements:
1. 1-3 years of experience in Office management or Front Office.
2. Bachelor degree.
3. Client services experience is a plus.
4. Great interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills.
6. Attention to detail.
7. Good time management skills.
8. Great computer skills.
9. A professional appearance.
10. The required candidate should be based in Arklow, Ireland.
