Order Fulfilment Manager
We are seeking an experienced Order Processing Manager to oversee all aspects of our fulfilment operations, including the training and management of a team responsible for product movement from our offices to customers.
Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee the efficient and accurate handling of products, from receiving and storing goods to overseeing returned items.
* Train team members involved in our fulfilment operations.
* Continuously monitor team performance and implement coaching and feedback strategies.
* Develop and optimise processes to improve efficiency and ensure error-free operations.
* Handle problem-solving across various fulfilment-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining operational flow.
* Forecast HR requirements to plan for growth and seasonal periods.
* Work closely with our customer service manager to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.
* Operate our Order Management System and Carrier software.
* Manage return consignments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
* Maintain accurate records across our operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* No experience is required in the fulfilment industry.
* Proven experience in managing teams.
* High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality control.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
* Experience in recruitment, hiring, and training employees in an operations setting.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to motivate and guide a team.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while maintaining high standards.
* Experience with Fulfilment systems or software is a plus.
