Job Summary/Goals
* The Site SBS Technician will be responsible for general preventative and corrective maintenance tasks relating to the JLL integrated facility management (IFM) on the Intel account.
* Please note – this job is Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm – there may be a requirement to move to 12-hour day shifts in the future.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Perform a variety of general preventative and corrective maintenance tasks (predominantly on the Fire Doors & Fire stopping throughout the Campus).
* Must have at least 3 years experience in installing and maintaining Fire doors and/or Fire stopping.
* Flexibility is a key requirement for this role.
* Ensure work orders are completed in alignment with JLL KPI.
* Ensure all works meet site KPI’s and standards of quality set forth in the client contract.
* Ensure all works meet site safety requirements and SPA/RAMS are up-to-date for works.
* Responsible for maintaining appropriate levels of spare parts on site.
* Conduct site inspections per current JLL/client expectations.
* Ensures compliance with JLL and client best practice, policies and procedures including Quality and EHS compliance.
Additional Duties And Responsibilities
* Report to the SBS Lead / Operations manager with solutions and/or recommendations on maintenance issues.
Key Performance Measures
* Meet and exceed Client relationship and expectation levels.
* High quality service levels for the site.
* Complete all related SBS work orders PMs and CMs for the site.
Skills
* Excellent Client relationship and self-starter skill.
* Ability to own maintenance responsibility and carry out works in isolation.
* Good computer skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, Windows, etc.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Ability to make decisions and take necessary actions.
* Good analytical skills and ability to think logically in order to problem-solve.
* Experience of working in a multi-skilled team environment.
Competencies
* Ability to work to tight timescales.
* Excellent interpersonal skills & communication skills both written and verbal.
* Work closely with Operations and Support Departments to meet the business objectives.
Experience
* 2 plus years previous facility experience within the maintenance/engineering/utilities/facilities environment.
* Qualified and with experience of Painting and decorating within a safety conscious environment.
* Experience with general duties ideally with some basic plumbing skills.
Qualifications
* Knowledge and experience of use of maintenance management tools and techniques.
