* Extensive M&A experience gained in a professional services environment, corporate finance boutique, or investment banking.
* A professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent.
* Proven experience in leading and delivering end-to-end M&A transactions.
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
* Leadership skills, with experience mentoring and developing junior team members.
* A connection to Munster and an interest in contributing to the local market.
Role and Reporting Lines
This role reports to the Corporate Finance Partner and will involve:
* Leading M&A transactions, including valuations, due diligence, financial modelling, and negotiations.
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional client service.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
* Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities to grow the practice.
* Coaching and mentoring junior team members to develop a high-performing team.
* Contributing to thought leadership and marketing initiatives in the M&A space.
* Staying updated on market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes.
