Job Title:
Compliance Officer (Maternity Cover Contract)
About the Role:
Servisource, part of the Cpl Group, is seeking a Compliance Officer to ensure compliance levels for all agency staff are maintained to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance levels and maintain records in line with legislative requirements
* Report on staff compliance monthly to address key areas for improvement
* Ensure each staff file contains necessary documentation based on profession
* Take direction from management on compliance policies and implementation
* Work closely with Centralised Recruitment Team and relevant managers to improve compliance levels and adhere to standards
* Collaborate with Bookings teams to ensure workers maintain compliance standards
* Correlate and present regular reports and updates to management on compliance aspects
* Identify compliance risks and liaise with departments to correct and mitigate occurrences
* Liaise with Training Department to ensure staff attend necessary training
* Process Garda Vetting applications and manage them from submission to completion
* Act as point of contact for compliance-related queries
* Manage Occupational Health process, including payment, return, and uploading fit-to-work certificates for temps who require it
Requirements:
* Strong written and oral communication skills, and proficiency in English language
* Previous compliance and/or administrative experience desirable but not essential
* Fully proficient in IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office suite
* Excellent time management and organisation skills
* Ability to prioritise, multi-task, and meet deadlines
* Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate cross-functionally
