At Arista, we take pride in our track record of success and strive to maintain the highest standards of quality and performance in everything we do.Job DescriptionWho You'll Work WithThe legal team at Arista Networks ensures the company adheres to Legal and Compliance Rules and across all locations we operate in globally.What You'll DoWorking with the legal team to assist in contract execution and management, and reviewing standard commercial contracts such as Non-Disclosure Agreements, Evaluation Agreements, EULAs, Value Added Reseller and other customer agreements;Monitoring status of contract review and execution;Managing the legal team’s contract management system;Administrative and reporting actions around the review and execution of contracts;Helping to drive legal departmental initiatives, including the design of legal support processes, contract programs, and templates, and the use of technologies to increase efficiencies; Project managing legal department and cross-functional initiatives and projects; andInteracting with all facets of the organization and contributing to legal department projects. QualificationsAt least 3 years experience as a contracts administrator, preferably in an in-house legal department.
