Position Overview:
Our Client is currently seeking a talented Project Managers at intermediate and senior level to support / oversee and deliver complex projects, or multiple smaller projects, with the ultimate goal of ensuring the satisfaction of both the company and their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure project delivery aligns with contracts and governance standards.
2. Maintain quality assurance and overall project integrity.
3. Manage projects to meet agreed quality, timelines, and budgets.
4. Maintain communication with all stakeholders, including clients and third parties.
5. Effectively manage project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
6. Coordinate and manage project teams and resources.
7. Regularly report on project progress to key stakeholders.
8. Build and maintain relationships with third parties and vendors.
9. Develop detailed project plans to keep clients and team members informed.
10. Oversee the delivery process on behalf of your clients, managing progress with design teams and contractors.
11. Provide financial and construction milestone reports to directors, acting as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and team members.

The Ideal Candidate: In summary
1. Experience in project management within sectors like construction, engineering, or consultancy.
2. A proven track record of successfully managing projects.
3. Engineering / Construction Academics to include; Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or Architecture.
4. Strong initiative and ability to work both independently and within a team.
5. Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn modern research techniques.
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
7. Excellent listening skills and the ability to follow direction.
8. Previous experience in a similar role to include; design services, budget management, stakeholder communication, Construction Advisory, Building Surveying & Programme Management.
9. A relevant third-level qualification in Engineering, Construction, Quantity Surveying, or Architecture is preferred.
