The Role
We are growing fast and are looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and enthusiastic candidate to join our growing team in the role of Accounts Technician/Administrator. Reporting to the Commercial Manager. This role will provide an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, and hard-working individual who wants to have a tangible impact on the development of a growing company.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Day to Day Cashflow Management
2. Processing Bank transactions and reconciling accounts.
3. Recording and processing of weekly/monthly RCT payments
4. Accounts Payable
5. Monthly Creditor Reconciliations
6. RCT & Vat Returns with Revenue
7. Preparing weekly and monthly payroll along with registering new employees & responding to payroll related queries.
8. General ad hoc office and finance tasks as assigned by management.
Key Requirements
9. Min 4 Years experience in similar role
10. Have a solid understanding of bookkeeping and AP/AR
11. Experience with Sage 50 or Xero an advantage
12. Ability to work on own initiative.
13. Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
