We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Deal Desk Coordinator to support our Demand Generation activities. In this role, you will act as point of contact for enquiries, run early discovery processes, schedule sales calls, streamline deal workflows and ensure alignment with demand generation objectives.

Salary and Location:
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
This role is based in our Grand Canal Office and our Citywest Office. Candidates should ensure they can easily work between both offices as required on a weekly basis.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Assist in reviewing and processing deals from discovery through to deal close to ensure compliance with stage gates, pricing, and approval policies.
* Act as point of contact for inbound enquiries.
* Run tailored outreach to identify new leads.
* Schedule sales calls for the team in a professional and timely manner ensuring all details are uploaded to the CRM.
* Provide timely and accurate updates on deal status to relevant stakeholders.
* Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and agreements based on established pricing models.
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on demand generation insights.
* Maintain accurate and meticulous records of deal information, pricing approvals, and contract details in the CRM system.
* Generate regular reports on deal performance metrics, including win rates, average deal size, and cycle times.
* Support the team by providing data analysis to measure the effectiveness of outbound campaigns on sales outcomes.
* Act as the central point of contact for deal desk inquiries and escalations.
* Work closely with demand generation, operations, and finance teams to streamline processes and resolve bottlenecks.
* Ensure alignment between demand generation activities and sales pipeline goals.
* Identify and recommend improvements to deal desk workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.
* Participate in training sessions to learn and share best practices across teams.
Qualifications and Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
* 1-2 years of experience in a sales operations, marketing, or administrative support role, preferably in a B2B environment.
* Familiarity and comfort with CRM systems (e.g. Zoho or other similar software platforms) and quoting tools.
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other reporting tools.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
