SALES MANAGER, ALOFT DUBLIN CITY HOTEL
We are seeking a highly competitive and dedicated Sales Manager to drive new projects at Aloft Dublin City.

About the Role
Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role involves proactively selling to the local corporate and conference market to build relationships with clients who can drive commercial revenue into the hotel.

Responsibilities
* Sell the company's products and services by expanding contacts and forging relationships with prospective clients, both B2B and B2C.
* Maintain and execute a live prospecting list of potential new business across all market segments including MICE, Corporate & Leisure via weekly cold calls.
* Meet sales KPIs whilst developing cold calls into warm leads with follow-up appointments and site inspections.
* Provide weekly and monthly reporting on sales activity, KPI updates and customer feedback as required by the General Manager.
* Engage and embrace all Marriott sales tools, training and company ethos.
* Conduct Site Inspections / Fam Trips and entertain clients where required.
* Contribute to the overall Market share KPI as set out in the annual budget and commercial plan.
* Deliver outstanding customer service.
* Maintain solid relationships with new and existing customers with dedicated Account Management.

About You
We are looking for someone with:
* Previous Hotel Sales experience (strongly desirable).
* Corporate & MICE sales experience (preferred).
* Excellent Presentation Skills (desirable).
* Ability to report and communicate at all levels.
* High level of English required.
* Basic Negotiation skills (advantageous).
* Prospecting skills (cold call and face-to-face).
* Ability to demonstrate creativity in delivering sales activity essential.
* Passion for Sales.
