We are working with a "Top Workplace" tech business outsourcing company that is looking to hire an HR Manager to join their team in Dublin.
Position: HR Manager
Location: Dublin, Republic of Ireland

Duties And Responsibilities
* Provide coaching, mentoring, and management to foster a high-performance culture within the HR team, ensuring consistent performance and development.
* Apply strategies to improve organizational effectiveness, leadership development, workforce enablement, and change management.
* Promote a positive employee-employer relationship that emphasizes diversity and ensures equal access to opportunities for all employees.
* Encourage a collaborative HR environment and work cross-functionally to deliver on actions that benefit both employees and the business.
* Bring knowledge and expertise in key HR areas, with a focus on service centers, centers of excellence, and HR operations.
* Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business needs, building strong, trusting relationships at all levels.
Requirements
* Fluent in English, with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
* 3-5 years of HRBP experience at a senior level in a fast-paced environment, ideally in technology, sales, or BPO sectors.
* 2+ years of experience managing an HR team.
* Previous experience handling employee relations in Ireland, with exposure to other European countries a plus.
* Solid knowledge in workforce effectiveness, planning, gap analysis, and development.
* Proven experience supporting and contributing to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives within the workplace.
* Demonstrated ability to support culture and organizational change, driving positive people outcomes in alignment with business goals.
* Strong ability to work effectively and collaborate with teams across diverse, global, and geographically distributed environments.
* Skilled in managing multiple priorities and making informed decisions in fast-paced, dynamic settings.
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
* Highly organized, deadline-driven, able to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities.
* Demonstrates the highest level of integrity and sound judgment.
