We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manufacturing Coordinator to lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives and enhance production efficiencies.
Play a pivotal role in transforming our production processes and ensuring quality standards are met.Key Responsibilities:Lead and implement Lean Six Sigma initiatives within production departments.Collaborate with production teams to understand challenges and support Lean Management Systems.Identify and execute projects for process improvements, including increasing yield, reducing costs, and enhancing safety.Incorporate quality into every aspect of work, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.Your Role in Health & Safety:Safety is a collective responsibility.
Support management in creating an environment committed to Environmental, Health, Safety, and Energy improvements.
Ensure understanding and compliance with safety standards and procedures.QualificationsRelevant 3rd Level Qualification required.Experience in highly regulated industries (cGMP preferred).Proven success in leading business process improvements.LEAN/Six Sigma training with practical application experience.Skills & Competencies:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.Experience in a continuous improvement environment, applying Lean tools such as 80/20, Value Stream Mapping, and more.Desirable Skills:Proficiency in Power Bi and Power App Development.Fluent in English with strong presentation abilities.Behavioral Traits:Tenacity, passion, and determination to drive site performance forward.
