The Role
In this role, you will serve as the primary customer contact, processing daily orders and assuming full responsibility for delivering an exceptional customer experience by managing the entire order process from start to finish. Responsibilities:
* Manage order evaluation, entry, and management within our CRM and ERP systems.
* Ensure timely communication with customers regarding order receipts and scheduled shipment dates.
* Collaborate with the Tier 2 support team to resolve customer issues and meet their needs, often requiring coordination with other departments or teams.
* Demonstrate a clear understanding of customer contracts and quotes, including terms, special instructions, and revenue recognition requirements for order processing.
Personal and Professional Requirements:
* Fluent in Italian and advanced English language skills.
* Proficient computer user with knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
* Experience in order entry, back-office support environments, or Order Management/Sales Operations backgrounds.
