We now have an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional with experience within a similar quality environment to join our team in the Killarney Towers Hotel.
Duties
1. To carry out all Reception duties, working as part of the Front Office Team.
2. To ensure complete guest satisfaction through the prompt handling of guest queries in a friendly and efficient manner.
3. To anticipate guests needs and ensure that service is provided to the level they require and beyond their expectations.
4. To have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all standards of performance and delivery within all front office departments.
5. To answer the switchboard and hotel telephone as per company standard of service.
6. To develop a strong working relationship with colleagues in your department and related department.
The Ideal Candidate
1. Must have previous experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5 star Hotel.
2. Must be flexible.
3. Must be a team player with the ability to multi-task.
4. Must be standards driven and detail orientated, with the desire to progress within the luxury market.
5. Maintain a professional image at all times through appearance.
6. Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. A knowledge of the Hotsoft operating system would be an advantage.
