We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to fill the position of Shift Lead Manager.
The successful candidate will receive all necessary training and development in line with the role.
Job Objectives
The Role of a Shift Lead Manager is to provide support to the Person in Charge.
This role requires strong organisational and management skills to execute and deliver duties in the centre, ensuring compliance with regulations on a day-to-day basis.
The Shift Lead Manager is responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure Personal Plans are up to date and services are delivered to the highest possible quality and safety standards.
* Provide mentorship and leadership to the team daily.
* Formal supervisions, appraisals, and monthly team meetings take place under the control and supervision of the Person in Charge.
* Oversee the service 5/7, as necessary, across shifts to ensure effective and efficient services are delivered within the centre.
Additional Requirements:
* Be familiar with and adhere to the local safety statement (risk assessments and standard operating procedures).
* Use company IT systems as instructed and maintain confidentiality in accordance with GDPR.
* Maintain the highest level of infection control standards as directed by company policy and national best practice guidance.
Skills Requirement
Qualification: Level 5 Fetac in Healthcare / Social Care / Healthcare or related discipline, or working towards a Level 7/8 in Social Care.
Experience: Relevant life experience and a full Driver's Licence required, or in the process of achieving a Full Driver's Licence.
