Daniel Spring & Company have a vacancy for a Legal Secretary/Legal Executive in the area of employment law. The role involves managing a busy client base, predominantly employees, and keeping things running smoothly and efficiently.The work encompasses advisory, litigation and contractual negotiation, so an ability to prioritise and keep a handle of a large number of matters is a must. You will work closely with solicitors on varied and exciting cases as an integral part of the employment team.The responsibilities of the role include:Managing new client onboarding, client due diligence and conflicts.Diary management, billing and account management.Keeping files up to date on our practice management system.Document preparation, drafting and a limited amount of digital dictation.Daniel Spring & Company are looking for someone who will work closely with solicitors and the clients. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential attributes. Experience in a legal practice is also a big advantage. They operate a mostly paperless system where possible so good IT skills particularly with PDF bundle software is an advantage.
