This role offers the chance to work as part of a small, supportive team, providing essential administrative and reception support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the reception area, ensuring it is welcoming and well-maintained
* Answering incoming calls and handling customer queries in a professional manner
* Using internal systems to open customer accounts and check balances
* Providing administrative support to the General Manager, including confidential tasks such as updating bookings
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all documentation is up to date
Candidate Requirements:
* Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Confident in liaising with clients and customers over the phone
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
