THE JOB: Reporting to the Security Manager the Resident Services Person will be responsible for the following duties: Provide a high-quality of friendly and efficient service to residents daily.
Manage local incidents to ensure minimal disruption to our operations.
Adhere to all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies and procedures in relation to security protocols.
Greet clients, members of the public and staff in a friendly, professional manner.
Inform staff of clients arrival.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person, office or meeting room.
Address all telephone and e-mail enquires in a timely, professional and efficient manner.
Report all complaints to management.
Monitor all alarms and security facilities.
Support and facilitate deliveries and collections when required.
Ensure that you and your team are committed to promote and strengthen a culture of quality, respect, safety and kindness always.
Carry out all routine daily tasks as set by your manager.
Always maintain effective and respectable communications with staff and residents.
Provide assistance to residence as and when required.
Being fully conversant with all of Mosney Villages health and safety, fire and security regulations and procedures.
Daily upkeep of the department.
Demonstrate excellent customer service standards.
Continually seek to improve the departments efficiency and operational standards.
Be proactive and attend to any other issues which may arise during your shift.
Ensure there is effective communication within the team regarding the requirements for the department.
To carry out other reasonable tasks as requested by management.
Report and communicate to the department and your manager, any incidents which occur on shift in a timely and accurate manner.
Careful and accurate recording of visitors to the village.
Ensure compliance with all matters associated with GDPR Regulations.
Responsible for performing site checks and patrols throughout your shifts.

YOUR QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: A Private Security Authority (PSA) Licence is required for this role training can be provided if you do not already hold this licence.
Previous experience in a customer focused role or security position is a distinct advantage but not a prerequisite.
Strong PC skills and comfortable using systems.
A full clean driving licence is required.
Excellent interpersonal English and communication skills are required (both written and verbal.
Additional Information: This is a full-time permanent position which is subject to a six-month probation period.
We need employees to be flexible about when they work as the successful candidate will be required to workwithin a team on a rota basis which includes shifts performed over days, nights, weekends and bank holidays.
The successful candidate will have to be able to work 12-hour shifts and be fit to carry out patrols.
The use of a two-way radio is required for this role.
The successful candidate will be required to provide Garda Vetting Clearance and complete a medical.
