Job Description
Market Risk Client Service AVP plays a crucial role in overseeing the client service function for large Global Asset Managers, focusing on risk, liquidity, and ESG management services.
This individual is part of a team responsible for delivering risk and ESG analytics, developing key client relationships, and ensuring timely reporting to clients.
The role also involves coordinating initiatives in data governance, KPI oversight, client communication, and client onboarding, as well as supporting pre-sales and sales activities with Business Development teams in the region.

Responsibilities:
* Plan and develop key client requirements for global risk, liquidity, and ESG clients.
* Assist in specifying new functionality to provide a greater user experience for clients and internal users.
* Ensure consistent operational procedures are well documented, maintained, and followed.
* Provide support and address internal inquiries, demonstrating a firm understanding of the product to end-users.
* Support and participate in training risk and ESG analysts and other front-line users on system functionality.
* Participate in project-based tasks as required.
Requirements:
* Degree in Finance or Economics or a related field.
* FRM or CFA qualification an advantage.
* Strong analytical knowledge of various product types from both liquidity (LCR) and valuations perspectives.
* Strong understanding of risk management techniques, including VaR, Stress Testing, and Exposures.
* Understanding and interest in ESG and sustainability developments and regulations.
* Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
* Proven work experience with Advanced Excel.
* Bloomberg and/or Reuter's knowledge advantageous.
