Business Applications Delivery Manager SVP Technology Transformation - Delivery Operations Project Management Process Data AI - Reporting - Support In this role you will lead the digital applications team in and ensure effective and efficient applications delivery/support by leading delivery teams, contributing to the definition and delivery of the digital application strategy, which is based on modern application technologies and frameworks to ensure that proposed solutions meet the business needs.
You willwork in partnership with the wider team to capture business requirements and ensure these requirements are converted into actionable insights/ initiatives and delivered successfully, achieving the business objectives and goals as set out during the business justification process.
They will have full Business Change Management responsibility for their area, including stakeholder engagement, stakeholder management, communication, awareness and training across all levels within the business.
They will also be responsible for defining and delivering the Digital Strategy and Plans-Roadmap in terms of business applications, platform, and application development & delivery model.
The ideal candidate will have a good background in Applications delivery / support, application architecture, project management, software as a service (SaaS), software integration, automated software testing, AI, data management/governance, business intelligence, security and/or business process analysis.
Stakeholder engagement and management Excellent communications, listening, influencing and presentation skills.
Providing regular monthly updates to the business execs on the status of each projects.Be the voice of the business within IT The ideal candidate will have Over 10 years in IT with 5+ years managing a team supporting key systems, application development and implementing transformation projects Good vendor management / IT Service providers in the delivery of application development and roll-out ITIL Service Management experience Strong on continuous improvement and innovation Excellent Stakeholder engagement and management Strong communications, presentation, listening and influencing skills Be the Digital Applications champion in the organisation Provide regular updates to senior management - Show them what GOOD looks like Bring them on the journey !
Responsibilities Provide leadership, vision and direction to the applications teams.
Define and enhance methodologies and practices for the application life cycle management in line with best practice and practical experience of continuous improvement.
Manage application development pipeline and application transformation project roadmap to ensure successful delivery.
Implement and manage application life cycle management status reporting, metrics and benchmarks.
