Giraffe Childcare are currently recruiting a chef for our centre in Central Park, Dublin 18.
As part of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking our delicious healthy meals and snacks for our children.
1. Overall responsibility for the kitchen's daily operations.
2. Liaising with the relevant companies for food orders.
3. Creating new menus.
4. Monitoring and controlling stock levels.
5. Ensuring correct stock rotation procedures are followed.
6. Implementation of health and safety procedures in the kitchen.
