Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our diverse team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth running of our operations and delivering high-quality outputs that support our research-driven work. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning, a meticulous approach to detail, and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
* CEO Support: Provide operational and administrative support, contributing to strategic initiatives and ensuring key priorities are met.
* Learning: Demonstrate an ability to learn and adapt to new tools, platforms, and research-based methods.
* Report Management: Format, review, and edit assessment reports.
* Records and Data Management: Manage records and data efficiently.
* Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the team.
* Document and Folder Organization: Manage digital folders and document libraries. Format and prepare project materials in line with company standards.
* Client and Candidate Communication: Act as a key liaison between clients, candidates, and internal teams, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication.
* Assessment Centre Coordination: Coordinate schedules, logistics, material preparation, and on-the-day organization.
* IT & Platform Support: Provide support for IT and various platforms used in operations.

Desirable Skills: Familiarity with psychometric tools, assessments, and report generation. Experience in client-facing roles, preferably in a research or consulting environment.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 2:1 equivalent in Business Administration, social science, or equivalent.
* Previous experience in business operations, administrative support, or coordination roles within a professional services or research-focused organization.
