Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager with a deep understanding of Investran systems and its application with a background in Financial Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and delivering projects focused on private equity and asset management operations, leveraging Investran to streamline investment management processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and improve operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end delivery of projects involving Investran implementations, upgrades, and customizations, ensuring on-time and within-budget execution.
* Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and external vendors, effectively translating business needs into technical solutions.
* Investran Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise on Investran, guiding configuration, data migration, system integration, and reporting enhancements.
* Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
* Resource Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, allocating resources efficiently to meet project demands.
* Change Management: Drive adoption of Investran solutions through comprehensive training programs and user support.
* Performance Reporting: Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and post-implementation reviews.
Key Requirements:
Technical Skills:
* Extensive experience with Investran, including system configuration, data migration, and reporting functionalities.
* Strong understanding of private equity and asset management operational processes, particularly in fund accounting, investor relations, and portfolio management.
* Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
