We are looking for the right person to invest in, for someone who has good all-round administration skills. Confident in their own ability, that can turn their hand to any task and who is looking for a long-term stable role. Excellent attention to detail is an absolute must. The ideal candidate will have a passion for numbers and a keen eye for detail, with a proven track record in a medium enterprise with administration, bookkeeping and VAT.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including suppliers, certified bodies and H&S consultants.
2. Exhibit a willingness to learn and readily absorb new information in a fast-paced environment.
3. Show excellent attention to detail in both administrative and bookkeeping tasks.
4. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure efficient procurement of materials.
5. Possess strong IT skills and the ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems.
6. Thrive in a fast-paced work environment, embracing challenges and maintaining productivity.
7. Be able to input accurate data into multiple locations – Excel, certification sites.
8. Process and manage weekly payroll.
9. Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly reports.
10. Manage accounts payable and receivable.
11. Ability to prepare monthly management accounts, month-end reports and financial reports and to implement and maintain credit control procedures.
12. Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
13. Prepare and submit monthly Revenue, RCT, VIES and VAT returns.
14. Work closely with the Directors to identify areas for improvement.
15. Customer focused, service oriented.
