Assistant Store Operations Support ManagerThe Store Operations Support Manager, reporting to the Head of Property and Operations, supports our stores in Ireland to deliver a world class operation for our customers.
The key priorities for this role are loss, safety, governance, and model day processes across Ireland region as well as delivering new initiatives in partnership with the wider operations team.
Travel to our stores Nationwide will be required.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Coordinate a team of field-based specialists to deliver the store operations support agenda in line with business objectivesShare best practice and work cross functionally to drive standards and identify areas for improvement and educationWork in partnership with Irish and UK Central Operations function to respond appropriately to all incidents and investigationsLead investigations into internal and external losses within stores, including formal interviewing of colleagues and contractorsPromote a strong safety culture in stores offering guidance and expertise and ensures compliance to all legal and regulatory requirementsImplements store projects with a collaborative mindset with store, area, and regional teamsWHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE Demonstrate strong stakeholder management at all levels, both internally and externallyThe ability to demonstrate strong analytical thinkingResilience and strong organisation skills with the ability to manage complex competing demandsA strong understanding of stores and operational activityThe ability to explain, simplify and communicate complex information conciselyThe ability to be mobile across their region and support other regions when requiredIT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU ALSO HAVE Experience of managing projects with a teamCompleted IOSH Health & Safety investigation training; however, full training will be providedOUR BENEFITS Generous Employee DiscountEnhanced Leave EntitlementsCompany PensionWe have a great range of benefits in addition to the above that go beyond salary and offer flexibility to suit you; Click Here to view our full list of company benefits (all rewards and benefits are subject to change and eligibility).
