NEW BUSINESS ACCOUNT MANAGER

About the Role
We are seeking a self-motivated New Business Account Executive to drive our outbound and lead generation efforts. This individual will play a pivotal part in growing the company and expanding our customer base by increasing paid subscriptions through strategic outreach.
Responsibilities:
* Become a product and industry expert to deliver high-quality demos and clearly communicate the company value.
* Take ownership of the prospecting process, including identifying and contacting potential customers.
* Create and automate end-to-end outreach campaigns across different channels.
* Support prospects through the full sales cycle from the first engagement to subscription.
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers.
* Execute the company lead generation strategy.
* Keep accurate records in CRM.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in cold outreach, outbound sales, lead generation, or business development.
* A hunter mentality to proactively identify and pursue new opportunities.
* A proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
* The ability to overcome obstacles and handle objections.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
* A positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
